Smoothie du flamand rose
Ce n'est pas un scoop, il fait chaud. Très chaud. Trop pour faire à peu près tout, et du coup on fait à peu près rien. Même là, être devant l'ordi c'est à peine tenable. Le doigts colle à la touche, le poignet à la table, des gouttes de sueur pas archi-glamour ruissellent partout où l'anatomie (la mienne en tout cas... no comment) à eu la délicate idée de placer des goutières naturelles, et j'ai soif, j'ai re-soif' et j'ai encore re-re-soif. Je picole à longueur de journée. Du thé glacé, de l'eau qui bulle (type P****** ou S** P*********), mais aussi je dois bien l'avouer pas mal de smoothies. Je suis un genre d'Ayatollah du blender et je lui saute dessus dés qu'une occasion se présente, or comme c'est une période de l'année où il est facile de craquer sur tout plein de fruits gourmands, ben... les occasions j'en ai plein mon frigo. Et moi comme aurait dit Oscar Wilde "je peux résister à tout sauf à la tentation" (oui je suis une fille vachement cultivée qui a regardé toute la 1ère saison de la sordide île de la tentation sur TF1 qui avait choisi cet aphorisme du grand Oscar comme teaser de son émission... ah comment les français pourraient-ils sustenter leurs esprits si TF1 n'existait pas ?...). Du coup je smoothize à tour de bras. Petite collation à 10h, petite dessert du midi, petit goûter à 4h, petite douceur du soir pour rafraîchir mon Bernard l'Arno, bref à la maison depuis quelques temps le blender (et la sorbetière mais j'en reparlerai plus tard...) ne regagne jamais son placard.
Et hier il a particulièrement bien fait de sortir de sa tanière. Je suis partie de mes souvenirs d'un smoothie bu dans mon bar à jus préféré (Juice for life), un nectar fait de pastèque, de fraise et de banane qui s'appelait "the pink flamingo", et c'était... fabuleux. Je suis prête à rembourser (en dollars canadiens) les coûts investis dans cette mixture à quiconque la réalisera et en serait déçue, c'est dire.
Smoothie du flamand rose
pour 2 grands verres
1 bonne tranche de pastèque (1/8)
300 g de fraises
1 banane
une douzaine de glaçons
Mettre le tout dans un blender et déguster 2 minutes après !
